In 2024 we announced that Samuel “Zyppe” Martinsson was appointed as the new Head Coach for the Godsent Counter-Strike main team. Samuel previously had the role of Head of Academy in the club where he was coaching and leading the Young Gods teams whilst also being vital in developing the vision for the CS division.

Zyppe has had a long career in coaching, primarily having worked with young talents in Sweden over the course of almost ten years, following a short professional career in the early days of CSGO.

The appointment of Zyppe symbolized the beginning of a new era in Godsent wherein he will spearhead the development of our CS division for the coming years. Going into 2025 we are working to sign a new swedish roster under his leadership that will operate from our HQ with great emphasis on developing a strong professional culture inside and outside the server. 2025 will be symbolized by consistency and dedication.

The goal is clear: Godsent shall reach, and eventually win, majors and be able to always challenge the absolute top of the world.
